Sgt. DeLoose Receives Rotary Employee of the Year Award

Sgt. DeLoose and Frank Harris, President of the Rotary Club of Fayette Daybreak

For the second time in his 8 year career, Sgt. Eric DeLoose has received the Rotary Club of Fayette Daybreak's Employee of the Year award in recognition of  his outstanding service to the Town of Tyrone.

DeLoose received the Police Department's Employee of the Year award, which is nominated and voted on by our employees, at our annual awards banquet in December. This award is presented to sworn officers of the rank of Sergeant and above or to a civilian employee who best represents the mission and values of the agency as determined by their peers.

Sgt. DeLoose has served with the TPD since September 2003 and received the Rotary Officer of the Year award for the first time in 2007.

This award was presented Thursday morning during the Rotary Club's breakfast meeting.

Congratulations, and thank you for your service!
